This project involved the complete installation of a premium decorative concrete coating system for a luxury residential property. The objective was to provide a highly durable, low-maintenance surface while achieving a clean and sophisticated appearance that would complement the property's upscale design.

Our team utilized a full Simiron coating system, beginning with professional mechanical surface preparation to maximize adhesion and long-term performance. The installation included a full broadcast of 1/4" Domino decorative flakes, followed by scraping, sealing, and the application of a high-performance polyaspartic protective finish.

The final result was a seamless decorative flooring system that delivers outstanding resistance to wear, stains, impacts, chemicals, and UV exposure while dramatically enhancing the overall appearance of the concrete surface.
